If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Your package has been delivered (Unused):
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused products.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
It is a mandatory part of the process to send pictures of the damaged/broken item. It will be greatly helpful if you send clear pictures of the defect.
If the item is not faulty and you simply want to change it because of the size/color or disliking to the item, it can be returned once. The customer is accountable to pay the return shipping, handling as well as the 25% restocking charges in any case. (this is withheld from refund)
We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.

Shipping Damage Claims
